1) Order Processing

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri; U.S. holidays excluded). Peak seasons may add 1–2 days.
  • Cutoff: Orders placed after 12:00 noon (warehouse local time) process next business day.
  • Pre-orders/Backorders: Estimated ship dates shown at checkout and in confirmation email.

3) Rates, Free Shipping & Taxes

  • Real-time rates at checkout.
  • Free shipping (USA contiguous): orders of $50+ USD ship free via a tracked method.
  • Sales tax where required. International duties/VAT/brokerage are recipient’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

4) Product Notes

  • Store sealed bags cool and dry, away from heat/sun.
  • We do not ship to regions restricting import of coffee powders/functional foods. Customs refusals follow the Return Policy.
  • Large orders may ship in multiple boxes.

5) Tracking

  • Shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link.
  • Tracking visibility varies by carrier/country.

6) Address Accuracy & Delivery

  • Provide complete, accurate address and reachable phone.
  • Carrier fees for re-delivery/address corrections may be billed to buyer.
  • PO Boxes/APO/FPO/DPO supported where eligible.

7) Delivery Issues (Lost/Damaged/Short)

  • For damaged/missing items, take photos and contact support within 72 hours.
  • “Delivered” but can’t find it? Check with household/neighbors and contact carrier and our support within 7 days.
  • Risk transfers upon delivery per carrier policy.

8) Subscriptions

  • Recurring orders follow your schedule. Modify/pause/cancel before the next billing date.
  • Orders already generated for the cycle may not be canceled; see Returns.

9) Changes & Support

  • Request address changes or holds before dispatch via /pages/contact.
  • Orders due to obvious system/typographical errors or potential fraud may be canceled and refunded.
