Refunds and Returns

If you would like to return an item to RYZE, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a prepaid return label.

How to Request

Steps

  1. We will email you a prepaid return label within 24–48 hours.
  2. Place the unopened item(s) in a box or mailer and ship using the label.
  3. Refund is initiated after the package is received and stowed (1–2 business days). Refunds go back to the original payment method; banks may take up to 10 business days to post.

Please use our label so the return reaches the correct warehouse. Items sent to the wrong address without our label are not our responsibility to refund or reship. Returned items are inspected; items must be unopened with seal intact.

Requests made after 30 days from delivery cannot be refunded. Duplicate orders placed by the customer are not our responsibility.

Refused Packages

Please accept delivery and contact us to process a return. If you refuse a package for reasons other than damage, you may receive a product refund after we receive it back at the warehouse. If damage is obvious upon delivery refusal, you will not be charged return shipping and we can refund the full order (including shipping) or reship at no cost.

If a refused shipment is lost and never returns to our warehouse, we cannot issue a refund. Always use a label generated by our support team.

Defective/Damaged Items After Opening

If you discover defects/damage after opening, you may return for a full refund or exchange. We’ll provide a free return label. We must receive the product back to issue a refund or replacement.

Love-It Guarantee (Subscriptions)

First subscription order only: full refund for one (1) opened bag of coffee and/or one (1) opened creamer, and/or one (1) opened bag of matcha, and/or one (1) opened bag of chicory. Notify us within 30 days of delivery. Follow the request steps above to obtain your label and refund.
